Engaging deep character play.
Ariel has experience playing characters in interactive and staged theatre and dance, roving characters at events and on multiple film sets. Wether a sassy lampshade, mysterious statue or anything in between, Ariel can animate your event with scripted or silent characters, clowning and embodied movement.
Public Speaking
As an experienced performer and host, Ariel has learned to use her voice as an MC, as a circle show busker, a story teller and tour guide. A gifted wordsmith, creative vocabulary comes easily to her, making her an adaptable speaker ranging from humorous and open, poetic and sentimental, courteous and professional.
She has lead opening and closing circles at events, been an announcer and MC in a variety of settings including cabarets, gala shows and student showcases. She has a strong sense of reading a room and appropriate presentation.
Artist Curation and Management
Ariel has worked with local producers and artists to craft and support exciting shows for juggling festivals and hoop retreats, cabarets and community events. She is a collaborative curator and stage manager for the VMF Circus Carnival Extravaganza two years in a row, and has an extensive network within the arts community.
